As part of the Euro is You project, the professional teams from Action Bomaye and Balkans Beyond Borders are trained in short film production techniques to use them as tools for raising awareness and supporting young people. Euro is You is an Erasmus+ project dedicated to filmmaking and social inclusion. In partnership with Balkans Beyond Borders, Action Bomaye is committed to supporting young people from priority neighborhoods in Marseille and Spetses, who are often marginalized and in precarious situations. By using cinema as a tool for expression, the project offers participants the opportunity to explore their creativity, strengthen their self-esteem, and develop valuable skills for the future.

During the 15th Balkans Beyond Borders Short Film Festival, Alexia Tsouni (filmmaker and activist) and Veroniki Krikoni (co-founder of Balkans Beyond Borders) explored how cinema can emotionally mobilize, give a voice to marginalized communities, and provoke social change.
